Peaches Von Killingsworth
Dame Peaches grew up in Montana, where she studied Russian ballet as a child. She moved to Oregon as a young adult. From the University of Oregon, she holds a degree in Humanities, focusing on gender studies. She has toured internationally as a singer-songwriter, working with various bands and musical projects.
Peaches began performing Burlesque in 2016 when she auditioned for Broadway Revue, Eugene’s longest-running Burlesque show. Accepted into their troupe, she developed new acts and performed weekly for four years. She formed a new troupe in Eugene, The Wax Poetry Revue, to build a community around focusing on more avant-garde performance art works. To support her art career, she worked days at the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program until it closed, due to the Covid pandemic.
