- Letter from Dr. Vikram A. Sarabhai, Physical Research Laboratory, Navrangpura Ahmedabad, India, to LP RE: On his way home from Mexico, Sarabhai will be stopping in Los Angeles on September 2. Will arrive in Pasadena at 10 AM and return to Los Angeles by 7 PM. Professor Victor Neher will be away, but he has arranged for Dr. Anderson to show Sarabhai the work being carried out in cosmic rays and areas at Caltech. Hopes to meet LP and AHP once again, and perhaps visit LP's laboratories. Will send a copy of this letter to Neher. Requests that LP inform Neher and Anderson regarding what time he can meet Sarabhai. - Letter from Mr. Mousques, Italy, to LP RE: Attached is a letter and questionnaire from Dr. Umberto Niccolini. Niccolini had mistakenly thought that LP was going to visit Pallanza for the "Live Macromolecules" conference, given by the Instituto Lombardo di Scienze e Lettere. Niccolini had to leave for Naples, so could not meet Dr. and Mrs. Corey. However, Mousques, Niccolini's translator, did meet them. Corey offered to take the questionnaire home to LP, but Mousques thought it would be faster to mail it.
