  • Letter from Anita Kimball to LP RE: Wonders if LP would be interested in reading an account of an unusual experience which Kimball had relating to science and religion. [Letter from LP to Kimball July 25, 1955] [Filed under LP Correspondence: (K: Correspondence, 1936-1956), #200.20]
  • Letter from Dr. David Ginsburg, Chemistry Dept., Technion, Haifa, Israel, to LP RE: In his lecture at Rehovoth in 1953, LP mentioned interest in obtaining certain organic isonitriles. Difficulties in obtaining compounds carrying a polar group besides the -NC group are obvious. While David Samuel is in the hospital recovering from tuberculosis, Ginsburg is acting as his representative in supervising the work of a masters student studying the synthesis of isonitriles carrying various polar groups. Wonders if LP is interested in the use of these compounds, or any others they might prepare, and in what quantities. [Letter from LP to Ginsburg June 7, 1955] [Filed under LP Correspondence: (G: Correspondence, 1936-1956)), #140.19]
