  • Letter from Kris Miller to LP, RE: Thanks LP for his letter and the material he sent. Miller is becoming more and more convinced that we should have international control of nuclear weapons. However, Miller has a few questions concerning the matter. After the Soviet Union has consistently shown that it cannot keep its word, what guarantee do we have that they will keep their word on the present test ban? How does LP think that the recent change in Soviet leadership will affect the disarmament question? What effect will Red China's possession of the atomic bomb have on the disarmament question? LP and AHP must be relieved that the fire didn't take their house. Miller kept hearing about the fire and wondering how they were getting along.
