Explains his reasons for believing that small amounts of fluoridation may be beneficial for most people and that there is nothing to fear from fluoridation of drinking water. Also says that Charles Eliot Perkins, who Lange cited in her letter as a foremost industrial chemist in America, is not known to him, nor listed in American Men of Science, so her description of him is inaccurate.
