  • Letter from Jay Orear to Robert Schutz, RE: Orear has a suggestion for the agenda and public statement of the Conference Against the Spread of Nuclear Weapons.  Orear suggests that the Federation of American Scientists would like not only a treaty preventing the spread of nuclear weapons, but also a treaty that would prevent any nation from threatening to use nuclear weapons.  Orear also notes that his round trip airfare will be $601.31 and wonders when he can be reimbursed.
