  • Letter from LP to A.V. Muller RE: Writes that he is dissatisfied with his tenant, J.M. Valois and believe he is not living up to the conditions of his lease on their property. Explains that the money Valois is sending them from the sale of gasoline from their service station has been steadily decreasing, despite the fact that traffic has increased considerably. Believes Valois is neglecting the operation of the service station and he has driven by several times to find it closed when it should be open. Writes that he might be willing to take legal action to dispossess him. Asks Muller to take suitable action and keep him updated.
