In the May issue of the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists there was an article which referenced LP in a way which he has taken exception too. LP has contacted the Editor who is not willing to make a retraction and an apology. LP asks Heisler is he is familiar with the libel laws in Chicago. Asks Raynor to write and explain why he did not use it so LP can know if there is an error in his theory or if Raynor misunderstood it.
