- Memorandum from LP to Joan R. Harris, Secretary to LP, RE: The visa forms Harris gave LP have not been filled out correctly. Two were supposed to be filled out for LP and two should have been filled out for AHP, but Harris has filled them all out for LP. LP has gone over the forms in pen and thinks that they are satisfactory now. LP asks Harris to send the forms to the Embassy of the USSR. Also, If LP does not receive the passports in 10 days, Harris should write to them again. Harris should also get the information about their visas in Czechoslovakia and Hungary.
