  • Letter from Perrin C. Galpin, Secretary of the C.R.B. Educational Foundation, Inc., to LP, RE: Encloses papers concerning Dr. Henri Brasseur , an Assistant in the Physics Laboratories of the University of Liege who is coming to the U.S. in fall 1931 as an advanced fellow of his foundation. Explains that Dr. Brasseur would like to work under LP's direction on x-ray methods and asks if LP will accept him to work at CIT and if there is an advantage to him arriving before 10 1st. Handwritten note by LP answers that LP would like to have Brasseur carry on work in his lab and that the period from September 1st - December 31st would be good, with some advantages to his arriving before the start of the term at the end of September.
