Asks LP to reconsider his decision not to speak at the Memorial Tribute to Dr. DuBois on February 23. Suggests that if LP cannot attend, then AHP should speak on behalf of both of them. Notes that he was glad to hear that LP decided to speak at the Federation Rally in Madison Square Garden on January 27 and that, if he has the time, Mr. Davis and himself would like to spend a few minutes with LP. Says he gave Arnoni his message about rewriting the article and that he feels that with the signing of the nuclear test ban treaty, there is a good opportunity to press for full-scale nuclear disarmament.
