Heisler has talked to a number of plaintiffs, including Pastor Niemoeller, LP, and Norman Thomas, who believe that the lawsuit should be refiled. Before Heisler does this, he wants to have the written authorization of each plaintiff, confirming that they are willing to be listed as plaintiffs in the new case. Asks if her clinical observations can be demonstrated in biophysical and biochemical terms.
