  Dear Dr. Rentchnick:

  I am sorry to have been slow in answering your letter. I was in South America during August, returning at the end of the month, and I have had difficulty in preparing answers to the many letters that arrived during the summer.

  The knowledge that I have collected about radioactive fallout has been published in many places. In particular, I may refer you to my book No More War! This book was published in 1958 by Dodd, Mead and Company, New York, and in 1962 enlarged edition by the same publisher. Translations have been published in several languages, including German (Leben Oder Tod im Atomzeitalter, Sensen-Verlag, Vienna, 1960).

  The most recent statement in detail that I have made about Genetic Effects of Weapons Tests is in my article in the December 1962 issue of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists. You might want to examine this article (pages 15 to 18) and make use of parts of it.
