The is a successfully functioning peace research program at Columbia University, though it is on a very small scale. LP thinks also that Dr. Killian's group in the President's office can be considered a peace research group as well. LP thinks that in addition to the small peace research groups that are going on already there needs to be an international World Peace Research Organization.
