Also asks if he would be able to tour the ACS sections in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, which have unanimously selected LP for a tour. Writes that this tour will take about two weeks, and if combined with the Iowa-Nebraska region, a tour could be done in about three weeks.
