Says that he has been taking 1200 mg of vitamin c each day since reading an article entitled "Why Organized Medicine Sneezes at the Common Cold". Lists the other vitamins and minerals that he consumes each day and suggests that everyone over the age of 50 should take bone meal tablets to fortify their bones.
