11 AM, Sept. 1962
Dear little love: The flight to London was fine. We passed several planes en route to USA, leaving long vapor trails behind them. I reached the hotel about 11 PM. It is a bit chilly here - I wear my sweater.
Yesterday I visited Peter in the lab, and at 6 went home with him for supper. He & Julia & Thomas & Sarah all look well. I am going there for lunch soon, & to see the house. I think that not much has been done yet.
This morning I have talked with

Oliphant & Infeld & Ogawa. Yukawa is here, but sick with a cold.
I've telephoned the Russells, but got no answer.
I had haddock for breakfast today - up too late for breakfast yesterday.
I miss you, little love.
Petie didn't know about Anthony's birth.
