Dear Pete,
The daughter of an acquaintance of mine, Joe Mottl, whom you met when out her apparently, is coming to London for a summer of Eurailpassing. She will be arriving about the 10th or 11th of June and staying 5 days or so. I gave her your address and telephone number, although whether you will enjoy each other I don't know. unfortunately she is probably well chaperoned. She is a 19 year old rather good-looking (if I am remembering her and not her sister) mulatto college girl, named Tahi Lani Mottl. She will be staying in London with Cmdr. Russel E. Blalack, 7 Vale Court, Maida Vale, London W. 9. Tel Lords 0898. Go to it.
I enjoyed my stay with you in April. I even managed to get back her without catching too bad a cold this time. Maybe I'm improving, although that would be too much to expect.
Children, Anita, and governess are arriving in NY on June 26, and I think I'll go there to meet them. We'll stay there a few days, possibly seeing some of the Fair, then return to Honolulu. Anita is planning on staying in NY for July, then spending part of August traveling in Europe with Bonnie. it is possible that I will return the children all the way to Geneva early in September, since Anita does not seem to want to come to the USA then. Perhaps I will see you then.
Much love to you all. I hope the house is coming along ok.

P.S. I don't have an special interest in Tahi, so don't go out of your way unless you want to.
