It will be satisfactory to us for you to come to the Institute next month, to begin your work. I myself shall be in the East from about January 20 to February 2nd, but Dr. George Wright can help you to get started, in case that you arrive while I am away.

I shall look forward to seeing you. I am sorry to learn from your letter that one of your children has been seriously ill.
