- Letter from Bertrand Russell to Eugene Rabinowich, Editor, Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, CC LP, Glass, Bethe, Rotblat, Kalven, RE: Russell says he is astonished at the editorial note published with his letter to the Bulletin, in which Rabinowich publicly disavowed what he asked Rotblat to convey to Russell. He wrote a letter to the Bulletin in September of the previous year that was never published, though he wrote twice more requesting that be. Due to Rabinowich's request for certain omissions from Russell's subsequent (and finally published) letter, it took ten months for Russell's defense of LP to be published.
