    Dear Mr. Nicolopoulos:

    In answer to your letter of 20 June, I am sending you under separate cover a copy of The Minority of One for August 1963, which contains my article on the murder of Dr. Lambrakis. I do not know whether or not my article has been published in Greece. I hope that I shall he able to do something effective, at some time or times in the future, about the political prisoners in Greece.
