Requests his opinion on whether this is a possibility. Comments on the AEC project to study fallout effects on natural habitats by UCLA and encloses a letter from Dr. Charles Lindberg at UCLA explaining that their preliminary results show no effects from fallout on animals in the area of the test site. Encloses, as well, a copy of an article from the Las Vegas Sun, which claims that Ranchers nearby the Nevada test site fear their cattle and other livestock will be negatively affected by the fallout.
