  • Letter from Robert B. Loftfield, Chief of the Special Assistants Div. of the CD Branch of the Office of Strategic Services, to Dr. George G. Wright. Tells Wright that all issues of LC 3 have been to men in the field who aren't able to restore their own SW, but they are keeping the "empty" vials for the first possible customer. Informs him that tests concerning the Presto pencils show no reason for alarm. Suggests June as the deadline he asks for, in the even of a call for more ink. Asks if he could get more polysaccharide and globulin, and suggests that they operate in a number of different systems and channels. Asks if Wright could suggest a text that would give him a better idea about these systems.
