- Letter from Cecil Howell Kerns, Maryland Raysol Company, to LP RE: Kerns has been doing research on a heavy water which is a concentration of minerals suspended in chlorine. This solution due to the ionic construction is considered an electrolyte. Kerns hopes that LP can give advice on the electrolytic principle in body cells.
