- Letter from Dr. Johan B. Hygen to LP, RE: Hygen is concerned because some members of the Board of the Noel Institute have some anxiety about the coincidence of LP’s conference and the NATO conference. Hygen believes that he and other are being depicted as enemies of the government and national defense, and NATO. Hygen feels that to avoid any suspicion he has asked Jahn to write a clarifying letter. Hygen is enclosing a copy of that translated letter. Hygen also suggests that a public meeting should be held after LP’s private conference, Hygen also asks if the press will be allowed at the public meeting.
