Otto is trying to get the unpolitical headquarter for the struggle against atom weapons in Norway to arrange for AHP's conference. Unfortunately, Otto will not be able to contribute personally as he will be in the U.S. starting on March 18th. Otto will write to AHP as soon as he has a reaction from the headquarters in Oslo.
