    I thank you for sending me the three copies of the Stanford Daily. I had not known that I was down on the ballot in the campus straw vote for President at Stanford, and I am pleased that I should have got 152 of the 3000 votes.

    Under separate cover I am sending you a copy of my hearing of 21 June and some additional material. The hearing of 11 October has not yet been released.
