Rigby, M.D. to LP RE: Asks LP if he knows a means of measuring the quantity and the direction of blood flow in capillaries whose diameter is 1-3 times that of a red blood cell and which could be segmented for a length of 2-5 mm. Tells LP that he has wondered if there exists a non-toxic molecule with certain polarity characteristics that would help in determining the direction of the blood flow. Handwritten note in the top right hand corner indicates that on July 19th Rigby was telephoned to be informed that LP was not there and given names of other people who might be able to assist him.
