Kline, Kirksville College of Osteopathy and Surgery, to Emil Ott, Chairman, Committee on Financing of ACS Publications, American Chemical Society, RE: In response to the questionnaire, states that Chemical Abstracts is not as inclusive, useful, or well-written as it used to be. Also, the publication is too expensive to be widely used. States that all of these issues could be overcome with sufficient financial support.
