States that they have refrained from discussing the “super bomb” in the Bulletin for three years. Inquires if they should talk about it now that it has become a matter of public debate. Also asks if she has his abstracts from his Northwest Tour in the fall of 1948 since he plans on using the same talks. If she does not, instructs her to let LP know, and he will try to find additional copies for her.
