Gives him the details of the demonstration of Beadle's method that he did during his recent visit to Washington. Explains that the method would be best for use in a laboratory-to-field system and says that the people in Washington want to experiment further with the method. Asks if he would be able to prepare a supply of the talc-spore mixture for their use. Notes that he discussed the list of materials that he had left over with the men there, and they confirmed LP's opinion that nothing on the list should be questioned as to its disposition.
