Letter from Linus Pauling to C. Lalor Burdick. March 21, 1955Pauling writes that he recently returned from a journey around the world after his Nobel trip to Stockholm. He adds that he enjoyed the ceremonies in Stockholm, and was pleased to become acquainted with Mr. Brittingham. Pauling laments Dr. Noyes’ death, agreeing with Burdick in his wish that Noyes had lived longer. He requests an account of Caltech's history in x-ray crystallography development for his speech to the American Crystallographic Association. View Transcript
