Nikiforov, RE: LP informs Nikiforov that he has filed bomb test suits in the United States and the Soviet Union.  Dr. Francis Heisler, who is a friend of LP’s and also one of the attorneys for the plaintiffs, would like to come to the Soviet Union.  LP hopes that Nikiforov can arrange for Heisler to be invited by the Moscow Law Institute.
