Letter from Gilbert Bloemeke, to LP RE: States that he is interested in chemical bonding so he has been reading College Chemistry and now believes that electrons have a tendency to form groups of four, which would account for spatial configurations of molecules, as well as make the resonance hybrid theory unneeded with no unexplainably bonded molecules or ions.
