Mr. G.A. Richter
Eastman Kodak Company
Rochester, New York
Dear Mr. Richter:
I believe that our investigations are now at the stage where we could profit very much by advice from you, and i hope that you are continuing your plans for a visit to Pasadena. Any time from now on would be satisfactory to us; some time in November would be very good. We would like very much also to see Professor Lamb, in case that he found it possible to come here.
Could you supply us with some samples of paper showing the minimum amount of fluorescence when illuminated with ultra-violet light?
Sincerely yours,
Linus Pauling
