Dearest sweet little wife:
I love you, darling, and I'm happy to be your husband. You are the sweetest girl in the world. I like to read the letters that you wrote to me at Cornell.
Today I worked on my book for a while (correcting old chapters). I gave my lecture this morning, and listened to Rabinowitsch this afternoon. Dr Lacey asked if I thought that Swift should revise Noyes "Qualitative Analysis". It still earns (for the Chem. Div. now) about $1000 a year in royalties.
I am looking forward to going on a nice ride with my little love tomorrow. Now I am going to work on my book.
Be happy, my darling little wife.
Your own
Paddy
