ScholarsArchive@OSU is the university's digital service for gathering, indexing, making available and storing the scholarly work of the Oregon State University community. It also includes materials from outside the institution in support of the university's land, sun, sea and space grant missions and other research interests. Likewise it is home to a large and rich collection of digitized historic materials, many of which are itemized below.

• Alumni Directories: Indices of OAC graduates compiled in 1910, 1913, 1917, 1922 and 1925.
• The Annual Cruise, a publication of the university's forestry club, 1927-1940.
• Annual/Biennial Reports of the President of Oregon State Agricultural College, 1872-1912.
• "Articles of Incorporation of Corvallis College" and other early documents, 1868-1884.
• Barometer Indices. Personal Name and Subject indices to the OSU Daily Barometer newspaper, compiled in 1980.
• Barometer Souvenir Editions, published in 1900 and 1905.
• Basketball Golden Jubilee - Souvenir Program, distributed at the OSC vs. Washington game, January 13, 1951.
