ScholarsArchive@OSU is the university's digital service for gathering, indexing, making available and storing the scholarly work of the Oregon State University community. It also includes materials from outside the institution in support of the university's land, sun, sea and space grant missions and other research interests. Likewise it is home to a large and rich collection of digitized historic materials, many of which are itemized below.
- Alumni Directories: Indices of OAC graduates compiled in 1910, 1913, 1917, 1922 and 1925.
- The Annual Cruise, a publication of the university's forestry club, 1927-1940.
- Annual/Biennial Reports of the President of Oregon State Agricultural College, 1872-1912.
- "Articles of Incorporation of Corvallis College" and other early documents, 1868-1884.
- Barometer Indices. Personal Name and Subject indices to the OSU Daily Barometer newspaper, compiled in 1980.
- Barometer Souvenir Editions, published in 1900 and 1905.

- Oregon State College Serial Publications. Available for 1868-1938 and 1938-1950, these volumes contain both subject and author indices. They are helpful for finding university publications issued before 1950 including Extension, Experiment Station and Forestry Publications as well as College Bulletins and research publications.
