Since the early 1990s, the Special Collections & Archives Research Center has aggressively sought to digitize its materials for consumption online. The product of this work is available here, through these six digital resource portals constructed thematically to provide quick access to tens of thousands of photographs, manuscripts and interpretive texts. University History Featuring the sprawling Historical Images of Oregon State University image collection, digitized versions of the OSU Yearbooks among many other Historic Publications, and the Chronological History of OSU, among over twenty digital collections and exhibits documenting the history of OSU and OSU Extension.

Oregon Multicultural Archives Digital Resources

Oregon Multicultural Archives A rich and growing resource for research on Oregon's ethnic minority communities. Includes the Oregon Chinese Disinternment documents, Braceros in Oregon photographs, Japanese-American Association of Lane County oral histories and Urban League of Portland materials.

Oregon Hops and Brewing Archives Digital Resources

Oregon Hops and Brewing Archives A collection initiative to document the history of Pacific Northwest brewing. Includes photographs and publications, oral histories, a research blog, and beer research guide.

Natural Resources Digital Resources

Natural Resources A major source for engaging with the long history of land use in Oregon. Selections from the Gerald W. Williams Collection are included as is the massive Oregon Explorer Natural Resources Digital Library.
