o They are in the public domain
o The rights are owned by Oregon State University Libraries
o Oregon State University Libraries and Press has permission to make them accessible
o For education and research purposes as a legal fair use, or
o There are no known restrictions on use

We are eager to hear from any rights owners to correct or enhance copyright information. Upon request, we will remove material from public view while we address a rights issue.
