Mr. Edwin F. Spangler
100 West Green Street
Mechanicsburg, Penn.
Dear Mr. Spangler:
I thank you for your letter.
The question that you ask about a chemical to remove surface hair from the face is not one that I have thought very much about-I am pretty sure that those preparations used by women to remove hair from their legs would also work on the facial hair of men. You might find it worthwhile to try one of these preparations. Possibly daily use would not be required.
Sincerely yours,
Linus Pauling
