Letter from Linus Pauling to Joshua Lederberg. January 4, 1956

Pauling belatedly responds to a letter by Professor Lederberg in regards to molecular crystallization. Pauling also discusses crystalline packing of two different molecules versus individual molecules packing with themselves. He ends his letter by saying that mixed crystalline structures will only form between substances with similar size and shape.  View Transcript
