Sends his individually numbered copy of the Third Interim Report on the smog problem in Los Angeles County and asks for comments.   • Letter from S. Naiditch to LP RE: Encloses clippings to show the strong stand that students are taking against the regents. Says that he will try to get a copy of Bachman’s statements to the student council. Explains that the faculty have been silenced by the ruling that the regents issued on January 17th which states that whenever anyone discredits the University, the Board of Regents may take action, including suspension or dismissal. Says that he is not sure what Mrs. B’s opinion is. Informs LP that he has a child due in November.
