Koepfli, Gates and Crellin Labs., RE: Responds that the stabilizer was added to both grades of the ethyl chlorocarbonate, but that the practical grade was not labeled as containing it. Notes that one gram of calcium carbonate is used per kilogram of ethyl chlorocarbonate, and that it may not be visible to the naked eye. Gives directions on how to open a bottle to verify that it has been stabilized.
