The paper by Kleene and Wheland seems
to me to be worthy of publication. I would think,
however, that it might well be possible to describe
the results given in the table in a few sentences in
the text, thus avoiding the extra cost of setting up
the table. I recommend acceptance for publication,
with this suggestion.
