Dear Mr. Barrett:

I have asked Dr. Kellogg, Secretary of the National Research Council, to communicate with you regarding the administration of a grant of $900 made to me. Will you add this sum to an equal sum of $900 granted by the Institute for this purpose, and pay the total amount ($1800) to Mr. J.H.Sturdivant in twelve monthly payments, beginning July 1, 1930.
