Obverse features a head in base relief depicting suffering humanity and the seated future of Father Time, who is opening the pages of 1938 and weeping over them. Reverse reads: "In the Union of Faiths we are Fortified to Serve Mankind." Above the inscription is a torch held up by three hands. Medallion designed by Louis Rosenthal.
