Statement on Access: Collection is open for research.
Statement on Description: The cover sheet in the photograph album indicates that the photographs were made by Fred P. Parcher. No record was found to confirm enrollment for Fred Parcher at Oregon Agricultural College in the summer of 1915 or graduation in 1919. However, Phillip Parcher was enrolled in the summer of 1915 and graduated in 1919. Consequently, the collection has been renamed the Phillip Parcher Photograph Album. In 2014, the photographs and description were separated from the album, which was removed from the collection.
