  • Handwritten letter from Richard Van Rumpt to LP, RE: Van Rumpt is researching electromagnetic skin reflexes for the analysis and diagnosis of mechanical lesions in the human body. He has perfected the ability to detect mechanical displacements by measuring leg deficiencies or reflexes, but would like to be able to detect these reflex responses by the use of an instrument. He quotes something he believes LP to have said, and wonders if LP might suggest someone who he can contact who might have such a device. Attached is a note indicating that LP sent a reply on October 17th, stating that the quotation was not his, and that LP thinks Van Rumpt must have him confused with someone else.
