Pauling writes to tell Ambrose of the importance of protein structures and Pauling and Corey's interest in Ambrose's work. He directs Ambrose to the articles that he and Corey are having published in April and May in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. He then asks if Ambrose has found any dichroism in feather rachis keratin in the plane normal to the fiber axis and goes on to explore the significance.  View Transcript
