- Letter from V. Bush, Director of the Office of Scientific Research and Development, to LP. Encloses a copy of the report to the President in reply to President Roosevelt's November 17, 1944 letter which will be released by the White House on July 19th. Says that if the reaction to the report is favorable, a message may be sent to the Congress about it.
